Second Cousin

A second cousin is the grandchild of any one of your great-aunts or great-uncles.  This person must also be a great-grandchild of your great-grandparents.

Note, that a first cousin is also a great-grandchild of your great-grandparents.  However, a first cousin is also the grandchild of your grandparents, not of one your great-aunts or great-uncles.
