First Cousin Once-Removed

There are two distinct groups of relatives that can be correctly identified as "first cousins once-removed."

For purposes of this questions, a first cousin once-removed refers to any child of one of your blood related great-aunts or great-uncles.  (A great-aunt is the aunt of one of your parents.)
