Domestic Partner: California

A domestic partner is either one of two persons who have filed a "Declaration of Domestic Partnership" with the California Secretary of State.

This selection in the California Intestacy Calculator™ only applies to those who have made a proper filing, which has not been terminated prior to the death of either partner.
